Anna Connor
Events Director
Anna is widely recognised as one of Northern Ireland’s leading event planners. From intimate fund-raising lunches and business networking seminars to weddings and high-profile major awards ceremonies, Anna organizes events across the scale spectrum. With more than 20 years’ of industry experience, Anna offers her clients seamless end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation service for their chosen events.
In her most recent role as Head of Events for MCE Public Relations, Anna spent more than 4 years building and leading the MCE events team on the creation and implementation of event programmes for clients, spanning across the corporate, consumer and public affairs sectors.
Previously, Anna won Gold and Silver for Best Event at CIPR PRide Awards two years in a row at Arts & Business NI, where she created and managed its full program of events.
When she is not curating events and growing an unrivaled network of connections across industry sectors, Anna enjoys a busy home life with her family and is an avid charity campaigner, co-chairing the Belfast chapter of Business Beat Cancer. She also has a keen interest in photography and is a running fanatic.

Aine Donaghy
Events Assistant
Aine brings to the team experience and academic expertise, backed by a Master’s (MSc) in International Event Management and a BSc. Hons in International Travel and Tourism Management from Ulster University.
Her career highlights include pivotal roles in high-profile projects such as “Our Place in Space” at Nerve Centre in Derry & Belfast, where she ensured a welcoming and secure environment for visitors while managing diverse event elements including a Guinness World Record attempt and educational group visits.
Currently serving as Events & Admin Assistant at AC Events, Aine excels in meticulous event planning, logistics management, and client relationship cultivation, all while maintaining ACE’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
Her dedication and expertise continue to drive successful event outcomes and operational efficiency at ACE.
